Product Description

The Federal Gold Medal 7mm Berger hunting ammunition combines precision engineering with proven reliability for extended-range hunting applications. Furthermore, this load pairs 195-grain Berger Elite Hunter bullets with Federal’s renowned Gold Medal brass and premium primers. Therefore, you get consistent velocities and tight shot groupings across every box.

Each round features the sophisticated Berger Elite Hunter bullet design optimized for long-distance performance. Additionally, the 195-grain weight delivers an excellent ballistic coefficient of approximately 0.621 for superior wind resistance. Moreover, this ammunition performs exceptionally well beyond 600 yards, making it ideal for backcountry hunters pursuing elk, moose, and other large game at distance.

Premium Brass and Primer Quality

Federal Gold Medal brass undergoes hand inspection for quality and uniformity before loading. Furthermore, each cartridge uses premium primers for reliable ignition under all conditions. As a result, shot-to-shot consistency is exceptional across the entire 20-round box. Additionally, this level of quality reduces the need for extensive load development.

The Federal Gold Medal 7mm Berger load achieves approximately 2,900 feet per second muzzle velocity. Nevertheless, actual velocity may vary based on your rifle’s barrel length and chamber characteristics. Therefore, we recommend chronographing your specific rifle for accurate ballistic calculations in the field.

Ideal for Long-Range Hunting and Competition

This ammunition excels for hunters and competitive shooters who demand reliability in remote terrain. Furthermore, the combination of bullet design and velocity provides maximum energy transfer on game. Therefore, it’s perfect for backcountry hunters who need dependable performance when it matters most.

Federal’s reputation for quality ensures you’re buying ammunition from America’s most trusted manufacturer. Indeed, Berger bullets are recognized and trusted by serious hunters and competitive shooters worldwide.
