REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All products sold by Western Sport are new and under warranty from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the product is defective it must be repaired by the original manufacturer. In general, Western Sport will offer an exchange on un-opened and un-used items if returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that it was not a special order and was in stock at our facility. There are no exchanges or returns for firearms, lower receivers, or upper receivers.
A 20% restocking fee is charged for any open products returned. If a in store purchase is made for a firearm and the NICS check fails and is denied, a NICS Transfer fee will be charged at a minimum. If an item is special ordered and that transaction does not take place for any reason, the purchaser will not be refunded. The refund will fall between 20% restock fee and no refund. Completely up to Western Sport management on any refund given for special order items.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of Western Sport’s order processing or approved by Western Sport management.
Sales are final on clearance merchandise and ammunition.

*ALL SALES OF FIREARMS, LOWER RECEIVERS, UPPER RECEIVERS ARE FINAL. Defective Firearms must be returned to the Original MFG for warranty service.
*All returned good must have prior consent. Please email Lauren@WesternSport.com or call 817-393-4000 for RMA prior to returning any product.
*Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.
*Ammunition may not be returned
*Any item abandoned with us for more than 6 months will be sold. Do not drop off an item to be worked on and let us do the work and then not show up to pay and pick it up. After 6 months it is considered abandoned. We will sell the items to recover our costs.
