The PDX BRC and PDX SBR share the same SOCOM-lineage PDX platform, 5.5" barrel, and HATEBRAKE™ muzzle device. The difference is the Maxim SCW brace (BRC) vs. registered SBR stock. The BRC configuration is classified as a pistol under current ATF guidelines — no NFA registration required.
