Alleycat builds American-made suppressors in two premium material classes: Inconel 718 and Titanium. Inconel 718 is a nickel-chromium superalloy developed for aerospace applications — used in jet engine hot sections and spacecraft components. In suppressor applications, Inconel 718 handles sustained cyclic-rate fire at temperatures that erode standard stainless steel or titanium baffles. Alleycat’s titanium models save significant weight while maintaining excellent durability for standard shooting applications. Available in QD (Quick-Detach) and HUB (Hexagonal Universal Base) mounting configurations. All Alleycat suppressors are purpose-engineered for specific caliber ranges.

The Alleycat .308 Inconel 718 QD is Alleycat’s premium .308 Winchester / 7.62 NATO suppressor in Inconel 718 with Quick-Detach mounting. QD allows rapid suppressor attachment and removal without tools. Inconel 718 construction handles the higher chamber pressures of .308 Win more aggressively than titanium. Covers .308, 7.62 NATO, .30 caliber, and smaller. Black finish.
