The KRISS VECTOR SBR in 45 ACP delivers hearing protection and rapid firepower for range training and home defense with a compact 6.5″ threaded barrel design.
Update, October 9, 2026: ATF no longer requires a Form 4, tax stamp, fingerprints or registration for suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns or AOWs. They now transfer on a standard Form 4473 with a background check. Anything below that mentions a Form 4, a wait or a tax stamp was written before this change. What changed
The KRISS VECTOR SBR in 45 ACP is a semi-automatic short barreled rifle built for shooters who demand compact handling and serious stopping power. First, this rifle features a 6.5″ threaded barrel chambered in 45 ACP with a 30-round magazine capacity. Additionally, the threaded barrel accepts suppressors for hearing-safe shooting at the range or in the field.
Key specifications include a matte black finish, integrated KRISS stock for stability, and backup front and rear iron sights. Moreover, the 45 ACP cartridge delivers substantial energy downrange while remaining hearing-friendly when suppressed. The VECTOR SBR handles fast follow-up shots without excessive recoil, making it ideal for tactical training or home defense scenarios.
Compact Design Meets Firepower
This short barreled rifle combines tactical efficiency with manageable dimensions. Furthermore, the 6.5″ barrel keeps overall length reasonable for vehicle storage or tight spaces. The 30-round capacity ensures you have ample ammunition on hand during extended training sessions. Indeed, the VECTOR SBR balances portability with the stopping power serious shooters demand.
Hearing Protection & Range Performance
The threaded barrel makes the VECTOR SBR an excellent platform for suppressor use. Additionally, many shooters pair this rifle with quality suppressors for hearing-safe hunting and range work. Therefore, you can train or hunt without permanent hearing damage. The 45 ACP cartridge naturally benefits from sound suppression, delivering a quieter shot signature than larger calibers.
What’s Included
In addition to the rifle itself, you receive one 30-round magazine and backup front and rear iron sights. Next, the included sights provide immediate usability right out of the box. Finally, you can add optics or night vision systems to match your mission profile.
