Sig Sauer 1911 X Series Turning Point .45 ACP Pistol, 5″ Barrel

Product Description

The Sig Sauer 1911 X Series Turning Point is a single-action .45 ACP pistol with a 5″ barrel. It holds 8+1 rounds and uses the classic 1911 layout that many shooters already know well.

What sets this one apart is the look and the sights. The slide wears a white Cerakote finish over a stainless steel frame. The grips are white and black G10. XRay3 Day/Night Sights give you a clear sight picture in daylight and help in low light. The pistol is also optic ready, so you can add a red dot later if you want one.

Who it suits

This pistol fits shooters who like the single-action 1911 trigger and the .45 ACP cartridge. It works for range sessions, practice and anyone who wants a 1911 that does not look like every other black pistol at the bench. The 5″ barrel gives a full-size sight radius.

For gear, start with a few extra 8-round-class magazines and a supply of .45 ACP range ammo. Pick a holster made for a full-size 1911 with a 5″ barrel. If you plan to mount a red dot, choose one that matches the pistol’s optic cut before you buy. A basic cleaning kit and a padded range bag round things out. This is a firearm, so it ships to your local FFL for pickup.
