Dpms Kitty Kat G9 9mm Pistol, 4″ Barrel, 33-Round

Product Description

The DPMS Kitty Kat G9 is a semi-auto 9mm pistol with a 4″ barrel and a 33-round capacity. It is built on an aluminum frame and listed with an A4 quad rail and a CAR brace.

The 4″ barrel has a 1:10″ twist rate and a 1/2″x28 thread pitch. That thread pitch is the common one for 9mm muzzle devices, so you can look at brakes, compensators, or other accessories made for it. Check that any muzzle device you pick matches this pitch before you order.

What sets it apart

Two things stand out. The first is the magazine. The Kitty Kat G9 is described as using a Glock-style magazine, which is a widely used 9mm format with many spare mags on the market. The second is the quad rail. It gives you a lot of mounting surface, so you can set the pistol up the way you want.

This pistol suits range shooters and home-defense planners who like the layout of an AR-style pistol but want to shoot 9mm. It also fits builders who enjoy tuning a setup with accessories.

Gear that pairs well includes a red dot or other optic, a weapon light, a sling, extra 33-round magazines, and a range bag. Pick the mounts and accessories to match your own plan for the pistol. Because this is a firearm, it ships to a local FFL of your choice for transfer.
