Mossberg Patriot .350 Legend Bolt-Action Rifle, 22″ Barrel, BLUE

Product Description

The Mossberg Patriot .350 Legend Bolt-Action Rifle is a bolt-action rifle with a 22″ barrel, chambered in .350 Legend. It holds 4+1 rounds, so you can load the magazine and still have one ready in the chamber.

This version wears a blue Cerakote finish, which sets it apart from the more common black rifles at the range or in the truck. The barrel is fluted and has a 1:16″ twist rate. Mossberg lists the part number as 28260.

Who it suits

The Patriot fits a hunter who wants a simple, manual repeater for a day in the field. It also suits a range shooter who likes the steady, deliberate rhythm of working a bolt. A 22″ barrel is a practical length for carrying through brush or shooting from a bench.

Plan on adding an optic, since the rifle is not shown with sights. A scope, plus rings and bases that match the rifle, is the usual first step. A sling makes carrying easier, and a bipod or shooting rest helps at the bench. Stock up on .350 Legend ammunition, and add a padded case and a basic cleaning kit to keep the rifle protected and ready for the next trip.
