Guard Dog Security Level IV 10×12 Ceramic Single Plate

Product Description

The Guard Dog Security Level IV 10×12 Ceramic Single Plate is a ceramic body armor plate rated Level IV and sized 10×12. It is sold as one plate, not as a pair. The model number is IVPLATE.

The name tells you the three things that matter most when you shop for armor. It is a Level IV plate, it is ceramic, and it is a 10×12 size. Because it is a single plate, you can buy exactly the number you need. That helps if you are filling the front of a carrier first, or swapping out one plate in a set you already own.

Who it suits

This plate suits people who already know they want Level IV protection and need a 10×12 plate to match their carrier. Check the plate size your carrier is made for before you order. Plate pockets differ between carriers, and the 10×12 size should match yours.

Gear that pairs with a plate is mostly about carrying it. A plate carrier with a pocket sized for 10×12 plates is the main piece. Many people also add a second plate for the back, along with a belt or chest rig for magazines and a medical kit. Pick a carrier that fits your body first, then add accessories around it.
