Streamlight TLR-8 G Sub Sights

Product Description

The Streamlight TLR-8 G Sub is a weapon light with a green laser, rated at 500 lumens. It is made for the Glock 43X/48 MOS, so it is aimed at a specific pair of slim, compact pistols instead of a long list of platforms.

The green laser is the main thing that sets this model apart. You get a light and a laser in one unit, which means one device to mount and one footprint to think about on the front of the pistol. The “G” in the name points to that green laser.

Who it suits

This unit makes sense if you carry or keep a Glock 43X or 48 MOS and want to add a light and a laser without stacking separate accessories. It also suits anyone setting up a compact pistol for use in low light, where being able to see and aim at the same time matters.

Plan the rest of the setup around the light. A holster has to be made for a pistol with a light and laser attached, so check the holster maker’s fit list before you order. A red dot on the MOS slide is a natural companion on these pistols. Spare batteries and a good flashlight for backup are worth having too. If you are not sure the unit fits your exact pistol, ask us before you place the order.
