Q Boombox 8.6 Blackout Semi-Auto Rifle, 16″ Barrel

Product Description

The Q Boombox is a semi-auto rifle chambered in 8.6 Blackout with a 16″ stainless steel barrel. It runs on a direct impingement system and feeds from a polymer AR-style magazine that holds 20+1 rounds. The barrel has a 1:3″ twist.

What sets it apart

The barrel is threaded and wears a Cherry Bomb XL muzzle brake. The rifle is suppressor ready, so you can swap the brake for a can later. Up front is a Q-sert handguard with a Picatinny rail. The trigger is a two-stage match unit with an internal hammer firing system. Controls are ambidextrous, and there is a manual safety.

The stock is a two-position Magpul pistol grip setup, and the rifle comes in Flat Dark Earth. Overall length is 33.5″. This rifle has no sights, so plan on adding an optic or a set of iron sights before range day.

Good companions include a rifle optic and mount, a sling, extra AR-style magazines, and a suppressor if you want one. A basic cleaning kit and quality ear protection round out the setup. This rifle suits shooters who like building out an AR-style platform to fit their own needs.
