Winchester Repeating Arms 70 Super Grade Bolt-Action Rifle, 535203229

Product Description

The Winchester Repeating Arms 70 Super Grade is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .264 Win Mag, built around a 26″ hammer-forged barrel. The barrel is free floating and has a 1:9″ twist rate and a target crown at the muzzle. Overall length is 46.75″.

The 70 Super Grade runs a controlled round feed action with a claw extractor. The magazine holds 3+1 rounds and uses a hinged floorplate. A 3 position safety and an MOA trigger system round out the controls.

Walnut and blued steel

The stock is Grade IV/V checkered walnut with a pistol grip cap and an ebony forend cap. The finish is polished blue. This is a rifle that looks as good as it handles.

The rifle has no sights, but it comes drilled and tapped. That makes it a good fit for a hunter who plans to choose a scope, then add matching rings and bases. A sling is a practical add-on for carrying it in the field. Stock up on .264 Win Mag ammunition for load testing and sighting in. A hard case or a safe will protect the polished blue finish and the walnut between trips.

If you want a traditional bolt-action rifle with a controlled round feed and a high-grade walnut stock, the 70 Super Grade fits the bill.
