Winchester Repeating Arms Model 70 Coyote Light Suppressor Ready

Product Description

The Winchester Repeating Arms Model 70 Coyote Light Suppressor Ready is a 6.5 Creedmoor bolt-action rifle with a 24″ forged, fluted stainless barrel. The barrel is threaded and finished with a target crown. That makes it ready for a suppressor without any machining.

The Model 70 action uses controlled round feed with a claw extractor. The magazine has a hinged floorplate and holds 5+1 rounds. The trigger is the MOA system, and the safety has 3 positions. The barrel has a 1:8″ twist, and the rifle is 44″ overall.

Stock, finish and setup

The stock is a Bell and Carlson synthetic with a matte blue finish. The rifle has no sights, so you will need to add an optic before it is field ready. Pick a scope, rings and bases that suit your hunting or range plans. Winchester’s importer for this rifle is Browning Arms Company.

This rifle fits hunters who want a bolt gun in 6.5 Creedmoor and plan to run a suppressor. It also suits range shooters who want a stainless barrel and a proven action. Good companions include a quality scope, a bipod, a sling, a padded rifle case and a suppressor sized for the barrel threads. Check the thread requirements with your suppressor maker before you buy. Stock up on 6.5 Creedmoor ammunition and see which loads your rifle prefers.
