Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed .300 PRC Bolt-Action Rifle, 26″ Barrel, 036065297

Product Description

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .300 PRC, with a 26″ barrel. It holds 3 rounds. The manufacturer part number is 036065297.

A bolt action is the simple, familiar choice for a hunting rifle. You load, cycle the bolt by hand, and fire one shot at a time. The long 26″ barrel and the .300 PRC chambering point this rifle toward big game and longer shots, where you want a rifle that fits that kind of work.

Who it suits

This rifle fits hunters who plan on open country and longer distances. It also suits shooters who want a bolt gun for steel targets at range. If you already shoot a bolt-action rifle, the controls will feel familiar. If you are new to the caliber, plan some range time to learn how the rifle handles with your chosen ammunition.

Plan the rest of the kit before you head out. A good scope with matching rings and bases is the first need. A sling helps on long walks, and a bipod or shooting rest steadies the rifle at the bench or in the field. Buy .300 PRC ammunition in the load you plan to hunt or shoot, and confirm it is marked for this caliber. A hard case or a padded soft case keeps the rifle protected in transit.
