Christensen Arms Mesa FFT 6.5 PRC Bolt-Action Rifle, 20″ Barrel, 801-01074-00

Product Description

The Christensen Arms Mesa FFT is a bolt-action rifle in 6.5 PRC with a 20″ barrel. It feeds from a hinged floorplate magazine that holds 4+1 rounds. Overall length is 42″, so it handles more like a compact rifle than a full-length long-range gun.

What sets it apart

The stock is carbon fiber composite, and the floorplate and bolt handle are carbon too. The finish is Tungsten Cerakote. The trigger is a TriggerTech unit with a pull range of 2.5-3.5 lb. Length of pull is 13.5″, and the safety is a 2 position design.

The barrel is button rifled and free floating, with a 1:8″ twist. It is threaded and comes with a seamless radial brake on the muzzle. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and the rifle has no sights, so you will need to add an optic.

This rifle suits hunters and long-range shooters who want the 6.5 PRC in a shorter barrel. It also fits anyone building a precision setup around a carbon stock and a crisp, adjustable-range trigger.

For gear, start with a scope, plus rings and bases made for a drilled and tapped receiver. A bipod and a sling are common additions. Pick up 6.5 PRC ammunition and a cleaning kit sized for the caliber. If you plan to swap muzzle devices, check the thread size first.
