Mossberg Patriot Long Range Hunter 6.5 PRC Bolt-Action Rifle

Product Description

The Mossberg Patriot Long Range Hunter is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 PRC. It has a 24″ barrel with a 1:8″ twist and a detachable box magazine that holds 7+1 rounds. The finish is matte blue, and overall length is 42.75″.

The barrel is threaded and has a recessed crown, so you can run a muzzle device if you want one. The bolt is spiral fluted and has an oversized handle. The trigger is adjustable, which lets you set it to suit your own hand and your own shooting.

Stock, rail and optic mounting

The rifle sits in an FDE MDT Oryx Tactical stock. It has an M-LOK rail and is drilled and tapped, so you can add a bipod or other accessories. A Picatinny base with 20 MOA is included in the design for mounting a scope. The rifle has no sights, so you will need an optic to use it.

This rifle suits hunters who shoot at longer distances and range shooters who like the 6.5 PRC cartridge. Good gear to pair with it includes a quality scope and rings that fit the Picatinny base, an M-LOK bipod, a sling, and spare magazines. If you plan to use a muzzle device, check the thread fit before you order one.
