Who it suits

At 38.25″ overall, the Ridge Hunter is a compact rifle that is easy to carry through brush and into a blind or stand. It suits hunters who want a bolt-action in .450 Bushmaster. The threaded barrel also appeals to anyone planning to run a suppressor or another 5/8×24 muzzle device.

Good gear to pair with it includes a sling for long walks, extra AICS-pattern magazines, a scope, and hunting ammunition in .450 Bushmaster. If you add a suppressor, check that it mounts on 5/8×24 threads.
