Product Description

The CZ Drake 28 Gauge Break-Action Shotgun is an over/under with a 28″ barrel and a 3″ chamber. It holds 2 rounds, one per barrel, and it opens on a break action for loading and unloading.

This gun uses extractor operation, so fired shells lift part way out of the chamber and you remove them by hand. The trigger is a single selectable design, and the firing system is an internal hammer. Choke options are Cyl, IC, Mod, IM and F, which run from open patterns to tight ones.

Fit and handling

The stock is Turkish walnut with a 14.5″ length of pull. Overall length is 45.75″, and the finish is black. There are no sights, so your aim depends on how you mount the gun and line up your eye.

The Drake fits upland bird hunters and clay shooters who like the 28 gauge and want a classic two-barrel layout. Good gear to pair with it includes 28 gauge shells, hearing and eye protection, a shell pouch or vest, and a padded case for the field or the range.
