CVA Cascade XT 6.5 Creedmoor Bolt-Action Rifle, 22″ Barrel

Product Description

The CVA Cascade XT is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, built around a 22″ medium sporter fluted barrel with a 1:8″ twist. The barrel wears a Midnight Bronze finish, and the rifle measures 42.5″ overall.

Several features set it apart. The Cascade trigger is adjustable, so you can set the pull to suit you. The Cascade stock has a length-of-pull system and wears Mossy Oak Bottomland Camo. The bolt has an oversized knob that is easy to grab with gloves on. The action uses an internal hammer firing system and a 2 position safety. Rounds feed from a hinged floorplate magazine that holds 4+1.

Set up for an optic and a muzzle device

This rifle has no sights. It has an integral Picatinny mount with 20 MOA of built-in slope, and the receiver is drilled and tapped. That makes a scope the first add-on to plan for. Pick rings that match a Picatinny base and a scope suited to the distances you plan to shoot.

The barrel is threaded 5/8×24 and carries an Omni muzzle brake. If you prefer a different muzzle device, look for one that uses the same thread. A sling, a bipod and a good box of 6.5 Creedmoor ammunition round out the kit. The rifle suits hunters in the field and shooters who want a capable bolt gun for the range.
