Gforce Arms Jawbone .45 ACP Pistol, 5″ Barrel, 26+1-Round

Product Description

The Gforce Arms Jawbone is a .45 ACP semi-auto pistol with a 5″ barrel and a 26+1-round capacity. The barrel is 4140 steel, the frame is aluminum alloy, and the slide has a black finish. Overall length is 21.25″, so this is a large pistol, not a compact carry gun.

The Jawbone does a few things most .45 pistols do not. It feeds from a double stack magazine that accepts Glock magazines, so you are not locked into one magazine source. The charging handle sits on the forend instead of on the slide. The controls are ambidextrous, and there is a manual safety. One magazine is included.

Who it suits

This pistol fits a shooter who wants a lot of .45 ACP rounds on tap at the range. The Picatinny rail gives you a place to mount an optic. The barrel is threaded 5/8-24 UNEF, so it takes muzzle devices cut for that thread. The ambi controls make it workable for left-handed and right-handed shooters alike.

For gear, start with extra Glock-pattern magazines and a mounted optic. Add a muzzle device if you want one that matches the 5/8-24 thread. Because of its size, plan on a range bag or a case that fits a 21.25″ pistol. Pair it with .45 ACP ammunition you trust, and confirm your local rules on magazine capacity and muzzle devices before you order.
