The Rost Martin RM1X Comp is a 9mm Luger pistol with a 4″ hammer-forged barrel and an integral compensator. It holds 10+1 rounds and includes 2 magazines. The frame and grips are black polymer, and the slide carries a black polymer finish.
What sets it apart
The compensator is part of the barrel, so there is no separate muzzle device to add. The optic footprint is RMR, which gives you a clear path to a red dot. The trigger has a flat face and an extra short reset, and the action is double action. Controls are fully ambidextrous, so the pistol works the same for right-handed and left-handed shooters. An accessory rail sits ahead of the trigger guard, and the sights are white dot with a black serrated design.
At 23 oz and 7.1″ overall, it suits shooters who want a full-featured 9mm for the range, training or home defense. The compensated barrel and short-reset trigger give it a clear focus on fast, controlled shooting.
Good partners include a red dot made for the RMR footprint, a weapon light for the accessory rail, and spare 9mm magazines. If you plan to carry, check holster fit against the compensator and rail before you buy. Add a range bag, eye and ear protection and a quality cleaning kit to round out the setup.
