Product Description

Charter Arms Bulldog is a .44 S&W Spl double-action revolver with a 2.5″ barrel and a 5-round cylinder. It sits on a small steel frame with a black nitride finish. The gun weighs 20 oz and measures 7.32″ overall, so it stays easy to carry and easy to handle.

What sets the Bulldog apart

The cylinder locks up at three points, which keeps it positioned as it turns. The hammer is spurred, giving your thumb a clear place to work. The grips are rubber with finger grooves, so the gun stays put in your hand. Sights are fixed front and rear. There is nothing to adjust and nothing extra to snag.

This revolver fits a buyer who wants a short-barreled big-bore gun without a large frame. It works as a carry piece, a nightstand gun, or a range revolver for anyone who likes the .44 S&W Spl round. Five rounds keeps the cylinder slim.

For gear, start with a holster cut for a 2.5-inch small-frame revolver. Add .44 S&W Spl ammunition, speedloaders or speed strips made for a 5-round cylinder, and eye and ear protection. A cleaning kit and a lockable case round out the setup.
