Charter Arms Undercover Lightweight .38 Spl Revolver, 2″ Barrel

Product Description

The Charter Arms Undercover Lightweight is a .38 Spl revolver with a 2″ barrel and a 5-round cylinder. It is built on a small aluminum frame and weighs 16 oz, so it rides easily in a pocket or on a belt all day.

This is a double-action-only gun. The hammer is concealed, which keeps the profile smooth when you draw from a pocket or a holster. Every shot is a single, long trigger press, and there is no hammer to cock. The cylinder locks up at three points, and the ejector rod is shrouded. Overall length is 6.75″. The finish is stainless steel, and the sights are fixed.

Who it fits

The Undercover Lightweight suits people who want a small carry revolver without extra controls. There is no safety to forget and no slide to rack. Compact black rubber grips fill the hand without adding bulk. It also makes sense as a backup gun or a first revolver for someone who values light weight over capacity.

Gear that pairs well starts with a holster made for small-frame revolvers. A pocket holster or an inside-the-waistband rig both work for a gun this size. Add speedloaders or a dump pouch for reloads, and pick .38 Spl ammunition for practice and for carry. Snap caps are a smart buy for dry-fire work on a long double-action trigger.
