Remington Premier Long Range .308 Win 172 gr Ammo, 20 Rounds

Product Description

The Remington Premier Long Range .308 Win 172 gr ammo is a centerfire rifle load with a muzzle velocity of 2635 fps. Each box holds 20 rounds, and every round carries a SPEER Impact bullet.

The bullet is the main thing to know here. Remington pairs the 172 gr SPEER Impact projectile with the Premier Long Range line, so this is a load built around distance work rather than a general-purpose practice round. The 172 gr weight sits in the middle of the range of .308 Win bullet weights, and the 2635 fps muzzle velocity gives you a clear number to plug into a ballistic calculator.

Who it suits

This ammo fits shooters with a rifle chambered in .308 Win who want to stretch their shots out. That includes bolt-action rifles and semi-auto rifles in that caliber. If you keep a data book, the part number R21345 and the UPC 047700485706 make it easy to log exactly which load you shot.

Gear that pairs well with it includes a rifle scope with a usable elevation turret, a bipod or shooting rest, a laser rangefinder, and a ballistic app or printed drop chart. A sturdy ammo can or box keeps your 20-round boxes organized at the range. Always confirm your rifle is chambered for .308 Win before you shoot it.
