The Civivi Baby Banter 2 C24074-1 is a compact folding knife with a 2.34-inch 14C28N blade. The blade is a clip point with a plain edge and a satin finish. It is 0.09 inch thick, and the steel is listed at a hardness of 58-60.
This model has a few features you do not always see on a knife this size. A ceramic ball bearing pivot helps the blade swing open and closed. A thumb stud opens it, and a crossbar lock holds it open. The handle also holds a pair of tweezers and a toothpick, so small jobs like splinters or a stuck bit of food do not need a second tool.
Size and handle
The green G-10 handle keeps the whole knife at 2.53 oz. It measures 3.17 inches closed and 5.51 inches open, which makes it easy to carry in a front pocket. A lanyard hole lets you add a cord or bead if you want a better grip when pulling it out.
The Baby Banter 2 fits someone who wants a small, everyday knife for opening packages, cutting cord, trimming tags and food prep. It is a good match for a pocket organizer, a small flashlight or a compact sharpening stone. If you already carry a keychain or a belt pouch, it adds little bulk. Pick it if you want a light folder with a few extras built in.
