Winchester Repeating Arms Deer Season XP 7mm Rem Mag Ammo, 20 Rounds

Product Description

Winchester Repeating Arms Deer Season XP 7mm Rem Mag ammo is a 20-round box of hunting cartridges with a 140 gr bullet and a muzzle velocity of 3100 fps. It is a factory load, so you can load the rifle and go without any reloading work.

What sets it apart

The bullet is the main feature. It is an Extreme Point Polymer Tip, which means a polymer tip sits at the nose of the bullet. The 140 gr weight and the 3100 fps muzzle velocity are the two numbers to use when you work out your zero and your holdover at the distances you hunt.

The Deer Season XP name tells you what Winchester built this load for. It is a hunting round, not a plinking round, so it makes sense to keep it for the field and for the range time you need to confirm your zero.

This ammo suits hunters with a rifle chambered in 7mm Rem Mag. Read the barrel marking before you order and make sure it matches the box. A box of 20 covers a sight-in session with some left for the hunt.

Good gear to pair with it includes a scope with turrets you can dial or a good ballistic reticle, a rangefinder, a sling, shooting sticks, and a hard or soft rifle case. A cleaning kit and a cartridge carrier or ammo wallet are also worth having for the trip.
