🚚 Ships to your local FFL — order online, put your FFL dealer’s name and address in the Order notes box at checkout, and we coordinate the rest. Most firearms ship same or next business day. How buying a gun online works.
One order, one add to cart: the Rankin Industries 16 inch 5.56 Rifle Kit and the Rankin Industries Billet Duty Stripped Lower, with two Magpul PMAG 30 Gen M3 magazines added free. Holiday offer ends 11:59 PM Central on December 25, 2026, or sooner if stock runs out. The lower is serialized, so the bundle ships to your local FFL.
Update, October 9, 2026: ATF no longer requires a Form 4, tax stamp, fingerprints or registration for suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns or AOWs. They now transfer on a standard Form 4473 with a background check. Anything below that mentions a Form 4, a wait or a tax stamp was written before this change. What changed
Rankin Industries Rifle Kit, 5.56 NATO, 16 inch barrel ($799.99 on its own)
Rankin Industries AR-15 Billet Duty Stripped Lower Receiver ($249.99 on its own)
2 Magpul PMAG 30 Gen M3 magazines, 5.56 NATO (free, a $30.30 value)
Bought separately, the three come to $1,080.28. The bundle is $1,049.98, so the magazines are on us.
Why a 16 inch 5.56 build
A 16 inch barrel is the shortest rifle length that needs no ATF registration or tax stamp, and it gives 5.56 NATO the velocity and dwell time to run common factory ammunition. The 5.56 NATO chamber also fires .223 Remington.
About the billet lower
The lower is machined from a solid billet of aluminum for a mil-spec AR-15 build. It is a stripped lower: no trigger, lower parts, buffer system or stock are installed, so you choose those for the way you shoot. See the rifle kit page for exactly what ships with the kit.
How shipping works
The stripped lower is a serialized firearm, so the whole bundle ships together to the licensed FFL dealer you choose, where you complete the Form 4473 and background check. No FFL yet? Contact us and we will help you find one near you.
Thirty-round magazines cannot ship to CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, RI, VT or WA, so the bundle is not available to buyers in those states.
