Q: What is included in the manufacturer’s warranty?

A: Charles Daly firearms typically include a one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects. We recommend contacting our staff for complete warranty details and product registration information. Western Sport can answer questions about extended coverage options as well.

Q: What ammunition works best in the Charles Daly 500 for hunting?

A: The 3-inch chamber accepts both 2.75-inch and 3-inch 12-gauge shells for maximum flexibility. For upland hunting, 1.25-ounce loads with #6 or #7.5 shot work excellently. For clay shooting, standard target loads provide reliable, cost-effective performance.
