Weapon Accessories at Western Sport

We carry slings, holsters, bipods, weapon lights, cleaning supplies, and other accessories that make your firearms more capable or easier to use. Most accessories we stock are things we have personally evaluated or that our customers have repeatedly come back for.

A few staples we stock consistently: VTAC and BFG slings, Streamlight and Surefire weapon lights, Magpul stocks and grips, and cleaning supplies for common platforms. If you are looking for something specific, call us at (817) 393-4000 and we will tell you if we have it or can get it.

Accessory recommendations by application

Home defense rifle: weapon light (Surefire M300 Mini or Cloud Defensive OWL), quality sling (VTAC or BFG VCAS), BUIS as optic backup. In that order of priority — a light before a sling, a sling before BUIS.

Competition rifle: A lighter sling for movement stages, a bipod for any prone stages, and accessories that do not add weight without purpose. Competition accessories are highly application-specific. Ask us about what other local competitors are running.

Carry pistol: A quality holster is the first accessory, not the last. A weapon light for home defense. A red dot if your pistol supports it and you will train with it. Spare magazine and a mag carrier. Keep it simple — the accessories that add complexity without training investment are not worth adding.
