Beretta A300 Ultima Patrol 12 Gauge Shotgun, 19.1″ Barrel

Product Description

The Beretta A300 Ultima Patrol is a 12 gauge shotgun with a 19.1″ barrel. Beretta lists it with a 7+1 capacity and a carbon fiber pattern, which gives it a different look from a plain black or wood-stocked shotgun.

The short barrel is the main thing to notice. A 19.1″ barrel keeps the overall gun compact, which helps when you move through doorways and tight hallways or store the shotgun in a small space. The 7+1 capacity gives you a full tube plus one in the chamber.

Who it suits

The Patrol name points to defensive use, and this model fits shooters building a home-defense shotgun. It also suits anyone who wants a 12 gauge that is easier to handle than a long-barrel field gun. If you plan to shoot clays or hunt with it, check that the barrel length and setup match the rules and the type of shooting you have in mind.

Gear that pairs well with it includes a sling, a shell carrier, a weapon light, and a padded case for transport. Add 12 gauge ammunition in the load you plan to use, plus eye and ear protection and a cleaning kit. Pattern the shotgun with your chosen load before you rely on it.
