Product Description
The Berger .264 140 grain VLD reloading bullets are engineered for shooters who demand precision. Furthermore, these boat tail hollow point bullets feature Berger’s legendary Very Low Drag design. Each box contains 100 rounds for serious reloaders. Additionally, the .264 diameter suits all 6.5MM rifle cartridges perfectly.
The 140-grain weight balances velocity with downrange stability. Moreover, competitive shooters rely on these bullets for benchrest and long-range precision matches. The boat tail construction reduces drag significantly during flight. Therefore, windage adjustments decrease at extended distances.
Superior Accuracy and Design
In addition, each Berger bullet undergoes strict quality control. The manufacturer maintains tight tolerances for shot-to-shot consistency. For example, precision rifle competitors use these in 6.5 Creedmoor and similar cartridges. Finally, the aerodynamic hollow point design minimizes bullet drift.
These target VLDs excel in carefully controlled handload scenarios. Additionally, they work best with quality reloading equipment and consistent powder charges. However, target bullets prioritize accuracy over expansion performance. Therefore, use hunting-specific bullets for game applications.
Ideal for Precision Reloaders
Competitive shooters and long-range enthusiasts choose Berger quality consistently. Moreover, the 140-grain .264 caliber handles velocity ranges from 2800 to 3200 fps depending on your specific cartridge. Next, consult your reloading manual for exact load data. Additionally, use quality scales and calipers to ensure precision.
