Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed .243 Win Bolt-Action Rifle, 22″ Barrel, 036066211

Product Description

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .243 Win with a 22″ fluted, free-floating barrel. The barrel has a 1:10″ twist. Overall length is 42″, and the rifle feeds from a detachable rotary magazine that holds 4+1 rounds.

The “Speed” name points to the short-throw bolt, which lifts 60 degrees. The trigger is adjustable, and the safety sits on the tang. The Vari-Tech stock and the Cerakote finish are both Flat Dark Earth, so the rifle looks the same from butt to muzzle.

Threaded for a suppressor

The muzzle has a brake with 5/8×24 threads, and the barrel is threaded. The rifle is suppressor ready, and it also has a thread protector. If you plan to run a can, you can do it without sending the barrel out for work.

This rifle has no sights, but it is drilled and tapped. Plan on a scope, along with bases and rings sized for the action. A sling and a bipod are the usual add-ons for field work. Extra rotary magazines are handy if you shoot at the range as well as hunt.

It suits hunters after deer-sized game and shooters who like a .243 Win with a quick bolt and a fluted barrel. It is also a fit for anyone who wants a suppressor-ready rifle from the start.
