The Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed SPR is a bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 7mm PRC. This model, part number 036035298, has a 20″ barrel threaded 5/8×24, a Smoked Bronze Cerakote finish, an OVIX camo composite stock and a 3-round magazine.
It is for hunters who want the reach of the 7mm PRC in a shorter rifle that is easy to carry. Elk, mule deer and open-country whitetail are where it fits best.
Barrel and muzzle
The 20″ barrel keeps the rifle short and quick to handle in a blind, a truck or thick brush. The muzzle is threaded 5/8×24, the common thread for .30-caliber suppressors and muzzle brakes, so you can add a can or brake made for that thread. The Cerakote finish and composite stock are built for wet and dusty days.
Pair it with a scope on mounts made for the X-Bolt, 7mm PRC hunting ammunition and a thread protector to keep the threads clean when nothing is mounted.
