Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter Long Range 7mm PRC Bolt-Action Rifle, 036105298

Product Description

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter Long Range is a 7mm PRC bolt-action rifle with a 26″ free-floating barrel. The barrel has a 1:8″ twist and a 5/8×24 threaded muzzle with a thread protector. It is suppressor ready, and the finish is matte blue.

The Vari-Tech stock wears OVIX Camo and has an adjustable comb, so you can raise it to fit your cheek weld behind a scope. The trigger is adjustable, and the safety sits on the tang. An extended bolt handle makes the bolt easier to grab and run. Ammunition feeds from a detachable rotary magazine that holds 3+1 rounds.

Who it suits

This rifle fits hunters who carry a rifle for long days in the mountains or across open ground and want a cartridge made for distance. The overall length is 46.75″. There are no iron sights, so you will need an optic. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases.

Good companions include a long-range riflescope with a matching set of bases and rings, a bipod or shooting sticks, and a pack or sling suited to a hike. If you run a suppressor, the 5/8×24 threads accept compatible muzzle devices. Match your ammunition to the 1:8″ twist, and check bullet weights with a spec sheet from the load maker.
