Browning XB2 Speed 6.5 PRC Bolt-Action Rifle, 24″ Barrel, 036066294

Product Description

The Browning XB2 Speed is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 PRC with a 24″ fluted, free-floating barrel. The barrel has a 1:7″ twist rate. The overall length is 44″, and the rifle comes dressed in Flat Dark Earth Cerakote with a matching Vari-Tech stock.

The details that set it apart are practical ones. The bolt has a short-throw 60-degree lift, so you can cycle it without lifting your head far off the stock. The trigger is adjustable, and the safety sits on the tang. The muzzle is threaded 5/8×24 and carries a muzzle brake, with a thread protector for when you want the brake off. The rifle is suppressor ready.

Who it suits

This rifle fits hunters and long-range shooters who like the 6.5 PRC and want a rifle that is set up for accessories. It has no sights, but it is drilled and tapped, so you choose the optic. Ammunition is fed from a detachable rotary magazine that holds 3+1 rounds.

Plan on a quality scope with matching bases and rings. A bipod, a sling and extra magazines are natural add-ons for field or range use. If you plan to run a suppressor, the threaded barrel is ready for one. A solid rifle case and a good rest will round out the kit.
