Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What magazines are compatible with the Century Arms BFT47 Core?

A: The BFT47 Core uses standard AK-pattern 7.62×39 magazines. Most quality aftermarket and surplus AK magazines will function reliably. We recommend testing any new magazine at the range to ensure proper fit and feeding.

Q: Does the Century Arms BFT47 Core come with a warranty?

A: Century Arms typically covers manufacturing defects. Contact Western Sport or Century Arms directly for specific warranty details and claim procedures on your rifle.

Q: Is the BFT47 Core suitable for long-range target shooting?

A: The adjustable sights and AK platform design work well for medium-range target and sporting use. However, the 7.62×39 round and 16.5″ barrel are optimized for closer engagements rather than precision long-distance work.
