The CVA Cascade XT is a precision bolt-action rifle chambered in 450 Bushmaster, built for sporting and recreational hunting with a 22″ threaded barrel and Picatinny rail.
Update, October 9, 2026: ATF no longer requires a Form 4, tax stamp, fingerprints or registration for suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns or AOWs. They now transfer on a standard Form 4473 with a background check. Anything below that mentions a Form 4, a wait or a tax stamp was written before this change. What changed
The CVA Cascade XT 450 Bushmaster bolt action rifle delivers reliable performance for hunters and sport shooters. This rifle features a 22″ threaded barrel with a 5/8×24 thread pattern, allowing you to add a suppressor or muzzle device. The compact 3-round magazine keeps weight down while maintaining practical capacity for most hunting situations.
Additionally, the Cascade XT ships with a 20 MOA Picatinny rail for quick scope mounting. The graphite black Cerakote finish resists corrosion and harsh weather. Furthermore, the synthetic stock in olive drab green with black web provides durability without maintenance concerns. This combination makes the Cascade XT ready for field use right out of the box.
