Built with Dead Air’s signature stellite blast baffle for maximum first-round longevity, the Sandman X handles everything from .308 Win to 7.62 NATO — and does it without complaint across high round counts.
KeyMo: Dead Air’s Ratcheting QD System
The KeyMo mounting system is Dead Air’s proprietary ratcheting quick-detach technology. KeyMo allows suppressor installation and removal in a single smooth motion — no tools, no back-timing, no slippage. The ratcheting mechanism locks the suppressor rock-solid to the muzzle device and releases with a simple counter-rotation. KeyMo muzzle devices (flash hiders, brakes) are sold separately and required for installation. Once you have the muzzle device, switching the Sandman X between hosts takes seconds.
