Dpms Short CL Kit 5.56 NATO Pistol, 10.5″ Barrel, 30+1-Round

Product Description

The DPMS Short CL Kit is a semi-auto 5.56 NATO pistol with a 10.5″ barrel. It runs a direct impingement system with a carbine gas system and an internal hammer. The Mil-Spec trigger and A2 pistol grip keep the controls familiar to anyone who has handled an AR.

What sets this kit apart

The barrel is chrome moly vanadium steel with a 1:7″ twist. The muzzle is threaded 1/2×28 and wears an A2 flash hider. A 9.5in lightweight M-LOK handguard gives you room to mount accessories, and a DPMS CAR-15 adjustable brace sits at the back. The frame is 7075 T6 aluminum, and the pistol has a manual safety.

It has no iron sights, so you will want an optic. The Vortex Sparc II is the optic named for this kit. One polymer AR-style magazine is included, and the pistol is rated for 30+1 capacity.

This pistol fits shooters who want a short, handy AR for the range and who like to build out a platform. Good companions include M-LOK lights, lasers, vertical grips and slings, plus extra AR-pattern magazines. The 1/2×28 muzzle thread also accepts other muzzle devices that use the same thread.
