Gforce Arms GFY-1 12 Gauge Semi-Auto Shotgun, 18.5″ Barrel

Product Description

The Gforce Arms GFY-1 is a 12 Gauge semi-auto shotgun with an 18.5″ barrel. It holds 5 rounds. That puts it in the practical middle ground between a short, handy shotgun and one with a long field barrel.

The semi-auto action is the main draw. You pull the trigger once for each shell, and the gun cycles the next one for you. Compared with a pump, there is no forend to work between shots, which many people find easier to run during longer range sessions.

Who it suits

An 18.5″ barrel keeps the gun easy to move around a room or a vehicle. That makes the GFY-1 a reasonable fit for home defense, for range practice, and for clay games where a shorter barrel is fine. It is a 12 gauge, so shell choice is wide open, from light target loads to heavier defensive and hunting loads. Check what the gun is happy with before you stock up.

Good gear to pair with it includes a sling, a shell carrier, and a padded case for transport. Add quality eye and ear protection and a few types of ammunition to test at the range. Shoot a handful of different loads to learn which ones cycle and pattern best from your gun. Firearms ship to your local FFL, so you can pick a dealer close to home for the transfer.
