Hornady Subsonic, 9MM, 147 Grain, 25 Round Box

Product Description

The Hornady 9mm subsonic ammunition 147gr XTP is engineered for shooters who demand quiet, dependable loads. This subsonic 9mm keeps velocity below the sound barrier. Furthermore, it pairs perfectly with sound suppressors for significantly reduced noise signature.

Each round uses Hornady’s proven XTP bullet design. The 147-grain projectile ensures excellent expansion and penetration. Additionally, consistent ballistics across the 25-round box deliver reliable shot-to-shot performance every time.

Why Choose Subsonic 9mm for Suppressed Firearms

Subsonic loads eliminate the supersonic crack entirely. This makes hearing protection less critical during training sessions. Moreover, many shooters prefer subsonic ammunition for indoor range work because it reduces noise pollution significantly.

The Hornady subsonic ammunition works in all standard 9mm firearms. However, reliability improves in modern semi-automatic pistols and carbines. Furthermore, the XTP bullet design ensures reliable feeding and extraction.

Performance and Compatibility

Subsonic velocity ranges from approximately 1,050 to 1,100 fps in most pistols. The brass casing supports reloading for economical shooters. Therefore, you get superior terminal ballistics and long-term value.

Each box contains 25 rounds for easy storage and transport. Additionally, Hornady’s quality control ensures every round meets strict standards. As a result, you can trust this ammunition for serious shooting applications.
