⚠ SUPPRESSOR — NO FORM 4 REQUIRED
Since October 9, 2026, ATF no longer requires a Form 4, tax stamp, fingerprints, photos or registration for suppressors. It transfers like any other firearm: a Form 4473 and a NICS background check. Buyer must be 21 or older and allowed to own a suppressor under their state’s law. Outside Texas, we ship to an SOT dealer in your state. What changed · How buying one works now

The PWS BDE-762 with Warmonger mount is Primary Weapons Systems’ flagship 7.62 NATO suppressor — the BDE (Black Death Edition) series in its 7.62 configuration, equipped with PWS’s proprietary Warmonger quick-detach mount system. The Warmonger mount is PWS’s answer to the suppressor-attachment question: a fast, positive-lock QD system designed specifically for the BDE suppressor family and compatible with PWS’s own muzzle devices as well as third-party adapters. The FDE finish coordinates with tan-toned rifles and accessories.

The BDE-762 is rated for 7.62 NATO and .308 Winchester — the same suppressor covers bolt-action .308 precision rifles, semi-auto 7.62 battle rifles (SR-25, DPMS, M110 pattern), and any smaller caliber down to 5.56. At $1,300, the BDE-762 with Warmonger mount is positioned as a premium 7.62 suppressor with PWS’s own mounting ecosystem, making it a natural pairing for a PWS MK1 host rifle.

FAQ — PWS BDE-762 Warmonger

What is the Warmonger mount system?

The Warmonger is PWS’s proprietary quick-detach suppressor mount. It attaches to PWS’s Warmonger muzzle devices (flash hiders and muzzle brakes) via a rotating locking collar — the suppressor mounts in seconds and locks positively without tools. The Warmonger system is also compatible with various third-party adapters, giving flexibility in host rifle choice beyond PWS’s own rifles.

Can I use the BDE-762 on my non-PWS rifle?

Yes — the Warmonger mount system can be paired with adapters for common muzzle threads (1/2×28, 5/8×24, etc.). The suppressor itself is caliber-agnostic for 7.62 and smaller.

Buying a suppressor now: a Form 4473 and a background check. No Form 4.

Since October 9, 2026, ATF no longer requires a Form 4, tax stamp, fingerprints, photos or registration to buy a suppressor. It transfers like any other firearm: you fill out a Form 4473, pass a NICS background check, and it is yours. No months-long wait.

  • Texas buyers: suppressors are legal under Texas law. Western Sport has been an SOT / Class III dealer since 2007.
  • Outside Texas: we ship to an SOT dealer in your state, who completes the 4473 with you. Your state’s law still decides — some states ban suppressors, and some only allow ones registered with ATF.
  • Want it registered anyway? ATF still accepts a voluntary Form 4. Ask us.
