Surefire Aviator Flashlight, Black Anodized

Product Description

The Surefire Aviator is a compact flashlight with 5/250 lumen white and red LED output. It runs on CR123A batteries and comes in a black anodized finish. Mfr part number is AVIATORRD.

The Aviator pairs two light colors in one body. The white LED covers general tasks, like finding a door lock, checking a trail, or looking under a vehicle. The red LED gives you a dimmer option for situations where you want to keep your eyes adjusted to the dark. A Z68 clicky switch controls the light.

Size and carry

This light weighs 3.1 oz and measures 4.18 inches overall. That is small enough for a jacket pocket, a bag pocket, or a belt pouch. It is a good fit for someone who wants a dependable hand light without carrying something bulky.

The Aviator suits pilots, campers, hikers, and anyone who keeps a light in a vehicle or go-bag. It also works as a backup light for the range bag or a night-time chore light around the house. Since it uses CR123A cells, keep spare batteries in the same bag so a swap is quick. A simple belt pouch or pocket clip accessory, if you prefer one, can make it easier to reach.
