Trijicon Compact ACOG 1.5x16S Riflescope, Black

Product Description

Trijicon Compact ACOG 1.5x16S is a fixed 1.5x rifle scope with a 16mm objective and a red RTR .223 reticle. It is the compact, low-power ACOG, built for quick target acquisition when the range is short and the pace is fast.

What sets it apart

The reticle uses dual illumination from two sources, and neither one needs a battery. Fiber optics collect ambient light and adjust the reticle brightness and contrast to match the conditions. A tritium-phosphor lamp keeps the reticle glowing in low light. The RTR reticle is laid out for a 55 grain .223 load.

Windage and elevation adjustments are external, so you can set them without tools. The adjuster caps are attached with a lanyard, which makes them harder to lose. Trijicon also points to the wide field of view and eye-friendly design as reasons targets come up quickly through the 1.5×16 scopes.

This scope suits close-quarters tactical teams and speed-oriented competition shooters. It pairs naturally with M16/M4-style rifles chambered in .223, where the reticle is matched to the load. The finish is black, and the manufacturer part number is TA44-C-400413.
