The Volquartsen Firearms ENV-9 is a .22 LR semi-auto pistol with a 9″ lightweight barrel and a 10+1-round capacity. It is a long rimfire pistol, 26″ overall, and it weighs 84 oz. The frame is aluminum and the slide finish is black.
The ENV-9 is built on an Enoch Industries chassis. It uses the TG2000 trigger group and has a manual safety. A Rapid Release mag release helps with magazine changes, and the pistol feeds from a detachable box magazine. The barrel has a 1:16″ twist rate.
Optics, rails and suppressor use
This pistol has no sights, so you will want an optic. It has an integral universal optic mount and a Picatinny rail. An M-LOK rail gives you a spot for accessories. The receiver is drilled and tapped. The barrel is threaded at 1/2×28 and the pistol is suppressor ready.
Other touches include an SB Tactical arm brace and a Magpul MOE-K grip. That makes the ENV-9 a fit for shooters who like a pistol that feels like a small carbine. It suits range practice, plinking and low-recoil training. Good gear to pair with it includes a red dot or other optic, a rimfire-rated suppressor with a 1/2×28 mount, M-LOK accessories, spare magazines and a padded pistol case for the 26″ length.
