Volquartsen Firearms Scorpion PST .22 LR Pistol, 6″ Barrel, 10+1-Round

Product Description

The Volquartsen Firearms Scorpion PST is a .22 LR pistol with a 6″ barrel and a 10+1-round single stack magazine. It is a single-action pistol built on the VC Target Frame, with an aluminum alloy frame and an LVV slide in a Battleworn Flag finish.

This pistol is set up for target work. The barrel is threaded with a 1/2×28 thread pitch at the muzzle. An integral Picatinny optic mount at 0 MOA sits on top, and a Picatinny rail is part of the build. The sights are HIVIZ adjustable target sights, so you can run iron sights or add an optic. A competition bolt and black Hogue grips round out the package, and a manual safety is fitted. Two magazines are included.

Who it suits

The Scorpion PST fits shooters who spend their time on paper and steel targets, or who just like a well-built rimfire for range days. At 34 oz, it has some heft to settle the sights between shots. The single-action trigger and the target-style layout make it a good match for people who care about accuracy work more than carry.

For gear, start with a red dot or other optic for the Picatinny mount. If you plan to use a muzzle device, make sure it matches the 1/2×28 threads. Beyond that, a stock of .22 LR ammo, hearing and eye protection, a padded pistol case, and a range bag cover most of what you need for a day of shooting.
