Winchester Repeating Arms XPR Extreme SR .308 Win Bolt-Action Rifle

Product Description

The Winchester Repeating Arms XPR Extreme SR is a .308 Win bolt-action rifle with a 20″ barrel and a 3+1 round capacity. It feeds from a detachable box magazine and has a 2 position safety.

The barrel is button rifled with a 1:10″ twist and a spiral-fluted profile. The muzzle has a target crown and is threaded 5/8×24, so the rifle is suppressor ready. The bolt carries a nickel Teflon coating. The trigger is Winchester’s MOA system.

The synthetic stock is finished in Mossy Oak Bottomland Camo. Overall length is 40″.

Who it suits

This rifle has no sights, but it is drilled and tapped. You choose the optic and the mounts. That makes it a fit for hunters who already have a scope in mind. It also works for shooters building a setup around a suppressor.

Good gear to pair with it includes a scope and matching bases, a sling, a bipod, and a thread protector for when no suppressor is mounted. If you plan to run a suppressor, check that its mount fits 5/8×24 threads. Stock up on .308 Win ammunition so you can sight it in before the season.
