Mossberg Patriot 7mm PRC Bolt-Action Rifle, 24″ Barrel

Product Description

The Mossberg Patriot 7mm PRC bolt-action rifle has a 24″ barrel and a fixed stock in a matte blue finish. It holds 3 rounds and uses a two-position safety. The layout is simple and easy to learn.

The muzzle is threaded 5/8″x24. That means you can fit a brake, a thread protector or a suppressor that uses the same thread pitch, and you do not need to rethread the barrel. The 1:8″ twist rate is part of the barrel’s spec, so keep it in mind when you choose ammunition.

Size and handling

The rifle weighs 6.5 lbs and measures 44.75″ overall. Length of pull is 13.75″. It is a manageable size for carrying in the field and for settling in behind a scope at the bench.

The Patriot suits hunters and shooters who want to work with 7mm PRC. It also fits anyone who plans to add a suppressor or brake later. Good companions include a scope and mounts, a sling, a bipod, a padded rifle case and a box of 7mm PRC ammunition. If you need a hand matching gear to this rifle, ask us before you order.
