The Holosun Technologies 509 Reflex is a 1x reflex optic with a red 32 MOA circle and 2 MOA dot reticle. It comes in Flat Dark Earth, part number HE509T-RD-X2-FDE.
The housing is titanium. The LED emitter is enclosed, and the optic has a Solar Failsafe feature that works alongside the battery. It runs on a CR1632 cell. The lens is multi-coated, and the optic is parallax free, so the dot stays on target as your eye moves behind the glass.
Who it suits
The circle-dot reticle gives you two ways to aim. The large 32 MOA circle draws the eye quickly at close range, and the 2 MOA dot is there when you want a finer point of aim. That makes it a fit for shooters who like a reticle that is easy to pick up under speed, on a handgun or a carbine. The Flat Dark Earth color suits builds that already use tan or earth-tone parts.
Before you order, confirm that your slide cut, mounting plate or rail mount accepts this optic. Pair it with an optic-ready holster if it is going on a handgun, and a weapon light or backup sights if it is going on a carbine. Keep a spare CR1632 battery with your gear.
