The Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed Carbon Fiber OVX is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm PRC with a 24″ fluted, free-floating barrel. It wears a Tungsten Cerakote finish and measures 44.75″ overall.
The stock is the main thing that sets this rifle apart. The Vari-Tech stock comes with 2 grip modules, and the length of pull, comb and grip angle all adjust. That lets you set the rifle up for your frame and your shooting position. The DLX adjustable trigger lets you tune the pull, and the safety sits on the tang. The bolt is described as smooth in operation.
The barrel has a 1:8″ twist and a threaded muzzle (M13x.75), so you can run a brake or a suppressor if you want one. A detachable box magazine holds 3+1 rounds. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases.
Who it suits
This rifle fits hunters and long-range shooters who want a modern magnum-class cartridge and a stock that adjusts. It has no sights, so plan on adding a scope and the right bases and rings. A bipod or shooting bag helps for prone work, and a muzzle device or suppressor can use the threads.
